Pulse ID is the app that confirms it's really you when you sign in to your HorizonCloud desktop. It replaces your old sign-in code app. Setup takes about two minutes.
Get Pulse ID on your phone. On a computer, point your phone's camera at the QR code for your phone type; on your phone, tap the button instead.
Look for the orange fingerprint icon.
Your IT team sends you a personal enrolment link (by email or SMS). There are two easy ways to use it:
Easiest Open the message on the same phone and tap the link — it opens Pulse ID and adds your account automatically.
Or In the app, tap Scan to add account and scan the QR code shown on the enrolment page.
Don't have a link? You can get one yourself — confirm your email, then we'll text and email you your personal enrolment link:

When you sign in to your Horizon desktop with your normal username and password, a sign-in request pops up on your phone. Check it's you, then tap the big Approve button — and you're in. No codes to type.
Prefer not to turn on notifications? No problem — Pulse ID also works like a normal code app.
When the sign-in asks for a code, open Pulse ID, read the 6-digit code shown under your account, and type it into the prompt. A fresh code appears every 30 seconds — the little ring shows how long each one lasts. Tap the code to copy it.
Still stuck? Contact your IT support team and mention Pulse ID.
